Finding the right words to tell a friend who’s sick isn’t easy. I can only imagine who you feel right now looking at your friend and wishing you can do something more to help them recover their health.
While you may not be able to make your friend regain their health, I know someone who can, you know Him too, He is the Lord our healer.
So today we want to provide whatever assistance we can. We want to bring a smile to your friend’s face in the midst of a difficult time by sharing with you a few wonderful healing scriptures you can share with your friend.
You would be doing your friend a world of good, you will help them to build their faith, trust God, and expect to be healed.
Relax; you have done enough, now let the Lord take over this situation as you read through these warm, hopeful, encouraging, and wonderful bible verses that you will eventually share with your sick friend.
Healing Scriptures for a Sick Friend
You shall serve the Lord your God, and he will bless your bread and your water, and I will take sickness away from among you.
Is any among you afflicted? let him pray. Is any merry? let him sing psalms. Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord:
And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he has committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.
Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
And the Lord will take away from you all sickness, and none of the evil diseases of Egypt, which you knew, will he inflict on you, but he will lay them on all who hate you.

There has not failed one word of all His good promise, which He promised through His servant Moses.
But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes, we are healed.
Then the Lord said to me, “You have seen well, for I am ready to perform My word.
For I will restore health to you and heal you of your wounds, says the Lord.
My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.
Let the weak say, ‘I am strong.’
The Lord is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; And He knows those who trust in Him.
He will make an utter end of it. Affliction will not rise up a second time.
Seeing someone we care about become ill, whether mentally or physically, is one of life’s most difficult experiences.
But God’s Word is true, and everything will be fine if you share these encouraging scriptures with your friend and encourage him or her to pray, trust God, and believe in healing.
There’s nothing God can’t do, so why not put your faith in me today?
